Getting started

Run a small outreach pilot

A practical setup and review checklist for a source-backed, measurable first campaign.

Define the experiment

  1. 1Choose one audience and one offer you can actually fulfill.
  2. 2Record your audience exclusions and a factual company observation with its source URL.
  3. 3Choose a small eligible list; deduplicate and check suppressions, DNC and previous replies.
  4. 4Define the observation window and what counts as a human reply, interested response, signup and activation.

Prepare the campaign

Connect a sender using the supported account flow. Inspect its connection state and spare capacity. Set the appropriate schedule, timezone and limits. The free campaign capacity calculator estimates lower bounds; it does not configure sending.

Prepare a different subject and body for each recipient using only supported facts. Include a truthful sender identity, one invitation and an opt-out. Read exact saved messages rather than relying on a generated summary.

Review and learn

Follow the campaign's selected review mode and required launch authorization. Resolve blockers before sending. A draft, queued message and actual send are separate states.

Monitor replies and apply explicit opt-outs through supported suppression controls. Compare the actual results with the original brief and change one part of the experiment at a time.

Still stuck? Ask an AI that can actually fix it.

Open the Sidekick in your dashboard — it has these guides built in and can inspect and fix your account directly.

Or ask Claude with the MCP connector — same guides, same tools, from any Claude app.
