What each plan includes, how to upgrade or cancel, and how limits are enforced.
Plans at a glance
- Free — $0: 50 emails/day, 1 mailbox, 1 seat. Full AI agents, Sidekick, and the Claude/MCP connector.
- Starter — $39/mo: 500 emails/day, 5 mailboxes, 3 seats, warmup and rotation.
- Pro — $99/mo: 5,000 emails/day, 25 mailboxes, 10 seats, advanced deliverability suite.
- Enterprise — custom: unlimited everything, SSO, dedicated support.
Managing your subscription
Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data is never deleted on downgrade — sending simply pauses if you're over the new limits.
- 1Dashboard → Billing shows your current plan and usage.
- 2Upgrades check out through Stripe and apply immediately.
- 3Manage payment method, download invoices, or cancel via the Stripe billing portal (Billing → Manage).
How limits are enforced
The daily email cap applies org-wide and resets at midnight UTC. When it's reached, queued emails wait for the next day — nothing is lost. Mailbox and seat caps prevent adding more than the plan allows.
