Six prompts. One inspectable outreach workflow.

Use these with your connected AI assistant. Replace the bracketed inputs, test each step and keep sending authority explicit.

1. Check your connection

Use my ColdPegion tools to read my account overview, campaigns and available sending mailboxes. Confirm the intended workspace. Do not modify or send anything. Report missing connections with the exact tool failure.

2. Research qualified companies

Research up to five companies matching this audience: [audience]. Use public business sources. Record company, website, one relevant observation, source URL and research date. Do not guess email addresses. Published contact information is not mailbox verification. Keep research outside sending campaigns.

3. Prepare individual first emails

Using our offer [offer] and these source notes [notes], write one distinct first email per eligible prospect. Keep it under 120 words, use a truthful company-specific observation and explain one relevant workflow. End with one low-friction question and an opt-out. No invented metrics, relationships or urgency. Save drafts in ColdPegion and read them back. Do not launch.

4. Review the campaign

Inspect every recipient, subject and body in campaign [id], paginating until complete. Check suppressions, DNC, duplicates, verification evidence, sender, schedule and limits. In this verified-only campaign, UNKNOWN and catch-all results do not pass. Identify blockers. Follow the selected review mode and do not launch without its required authorization.

5. Inspect replies

Read recent campaign replies and distinguish actual interest, opt-outs, automatic messages and unrelated inbound mail. Do not rely on a classifier label alone. Apply explicit opt-outs through the supported suppression tools. Summarize confirmed interest and draft a response for review without making pricing or contractual commitments.

6. Report real outcomes

Report campaign [id] using current tool results. Separate researched, verified, imported, prepared, queued, actually sent, bounced and replied counts. Identify confirmed interested replies and attributable account activations only when evidence exists. Do not claim queued means delivered or that a reply is a customer. Give one concrete next experiment.

Prompts are instructions, not tool access. Your client must have the required connector and permissions. Follow tool-specific review requirements. These prompts do not promise customers, delivery or a particular response rate.
