Prospect folders and activity history
Organize reusable lists and inspect each contact's recorded history.
Organize once, reuse in campaigns
- 1Open Prospects. Use All lists, Unfiled or Shared with you; search lists by name.
- 2Create a folder, choose a list and move it using the folder selector. Rename/archive folders as needed. Archiving a folder moves its lists to Unfiled and retains contacts. Shared lists are read-only to non-owners.
- 3Choose existing lists in a campaign's audience section. Active campaigns accept audience edits, subject to review and eligibility checks; changes retain delivery history.
Read a contact's history
Click a prospect's name/email to open its profile, current lists and campaigns, enrichment details, notes and activity timeline. Filter mail/engagement, campaign reviews, profile/list changes, verification or notes. Preview recorded HTML mail or open it in Inbox.
Field-level edits and membership changes are recorded from the history release onward. Older unrecorded edits cannot be recreated. Opens/clicks are tracking signals, not proof that a person read a message.
- MCP: list_prospect_folders, manage_prospect_folder, organize_prospect_list, get_prospect_activity, add_prospect_note and set_campaign_audience.
- History is paginated; follow nextCursor. Notes use a UUID requestId for safe retries. Reads need read scope; writes need write scope.
- Shared lead database search requires Enterprise. Your owned prospect search and own-key provider connections remain separate.
